Standard Orders: All orders for non-customized items are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. This allows us to ensure your jewelry is carefully packaged for its journey.
Custom & Personalized Orders: For custom-made pieces (e.g., engraved items or bespoke designs), additional time is required for crafting. These orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days before leaving our studio.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Orders: Typically 7 - 10 business days.
Custom Orders: Typically 10 - 15 business days.
Please note: These are estimated transit times provided by our carriers and do not include order processing. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship worldwide using reliable and tracked postal and courier services. The available options and shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress online.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. We do not add any hidden fees.
