Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
l Be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
l Include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

2. Wait for Approval: Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
3. Ship Your Item: Please mail your return to the following address:

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
l Change of Mind: If you initiate a return for non-seller-related reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The fee will vary based on the carrier you choose.
l Our Mistake: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all associated shipping fees.
CHECK YOUR ORDER UPON DELIVERY
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items cannot be returned:
1 Custom or personalized products
2 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
3 Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
4 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
5 Sale items and gift cards

NEED AN EXCHANGE?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.
EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFFER PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As with all returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase.
REFUNDS PROCESSING
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
